How it works
Three steps, and none of them involve an account
We hand the code to the sender. The sender hands it to you. That is the whole system — there is nothing else to set up.

Every scan along the route becomes an entry on your tracking page.
- 1
We book the shipment
Our counter staff register the parcel — sender, receiver, route, weight and contents — and the system issues a tracking code immediately.
- 2
You get the code
The sender passes the code on however they like: a WhatsApp message, a photo of the receipt, a phone call. No account, no password, nothing to sign up for.
- 3
You watch it move
Every scan along the route appears on your tracking page with a timestamp and a location, from pickup right through to the signature on delivery.

What we move, and how fast

Inside the network
Your tracking page is a record of real handovers
Nothing on the timeline is generated on a schedule. Each entry is written when a person actually scans the parcel at a depot, in a van, or at the door.
- Scanned at every hub
- Each handover is logged with a time and a place, not just a status.
- Sorted, not stored
- Parcels move through our hubs on the same day they arrive.
- Handled by our own crew
- No third-party subcontracting between depots.

Why GoGoX
Built around the person waiting for the parcel
Most tracking systems are designed for the company doing the shipping. Ours is designed for whoever is standing at the door wondering where their delivery is.
No account, ever
Tracking needs the code and nothing else. Nobody has to make a password to find out where their parcel is.
A real audit trail
Every status change is stored as its own timestamped event with a location. Nothing is overwritten, so the history stays honest.
Contact details stay private
Phone numbers, email addresses and internal notes are never sent to the public page — only the route and the movement history.
Codes built to be read aloud
Our codes leave out the characters people confuse — no zero against O, no one against I or L. They survive being read over a bad line.
Honest about exceptions
When a shipment is held at the depot or stopped at the boundary we say so plainly, instead of leaving a progress bar sitting at the same step for days.
Works on any phone
The tracking page is a plain, fast web page. No app to install, no minimum Android version, no data-hungry download.
Questions
Tracking, answered
The things people ask at the counter most often.
Do I need an account to track my parcel?
No. Tracking is open to anyone holding the code. There is no sign-up, no password and no app — type the code into the box on this page and you will see the shipment.
Where do I get my tracking code?
From whoever sent the parcel. We issue the code to the sender the moment the shipment is booked, and they pass it on to you. If you do not have it, ask the sender rather than us — they will have it on their receipt.
What does a tracking code look like?
Three letters and eight characters, like GGX-4F7K-2M9Q. Dashes and letter case do not matter when you type it in, so ggx4f7k2m9q works just as well. We never use the characters 0, O, 1, I or L, so if you are looking at what seems to be a zero it is the letter O — or more likely a misread.
My code says no shipment found. What now?
Check it character by character first — a single wrong character is by far the most common cause. If it still fails, the shipment may not have been registered at the counter yet; give it an hour. If it has been longer than that, contact the sender to confirm the code they were given.
How often is tracking updated?
At every scan point — pickup, each depot the parcel passes through, when it goes out for delivery, and on handover. A cross-district run typically produces three to four updates; a same-day delivery within one district may only produce two.
What time zone are the timestamps in?
Hong Kong Time (UTC+8), shown on every entry so there is no ambiguity about when a scan happened.
What does 'on hold' mean?
Movement has been paused for a reason we will state in the latest update — commonly an unpaid balance, an address we could not confirm, a failed delivery attempt, or customs clearance on a cross-boundary shipment. Read the note on the latest entry and it will tell you what needs to happen next.
Do you deliver outside Hong Kong?
We move freight and bulk consignments across the boundary into the Greater Bay Area — Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou and Zhuhai. Those shipments are tracked exactly the same way, with customs clearance shown as its own timeline entry.
Can other people see my shipment if they have the code?
Yes — the code is the key, so treat it like one. Anyone holding it can see the route, the sender and receiver names, what the parcel contains, and the movement history. Phone numbers and email addresses are never shown.
How long does a code stay active?
Indefinitely, as long as the shipment record exists. You can look up a delivery months after it arrived and the full history will still be there.
Got a code? Check it now.
Tracking is free, instant, and open to anyone holding the code.
